I offer long distance Brain Gym Sessions for adults via Zoom. These sessions offer tangible practices and techniques to help you:
Rewire old patterns. Do you feel like you know what you want but can’t seem to accomplish it? I can help you get unstuck.
Reconnect to your intuition. If you are feeling disconnected, it’s hard to find alignment. Let’s get your brain and body online and in sync.
Reclaim your power. What if you could feel safe, calm and embodied even in the face of something that seems scary and overwhelming? Using your voice in a relationship, taking that next step in your career - it is possible to change how you feel when facing these situations. Let me show you how.
A Session is 60-90 minutes long (depending on your desires and needs) and I charge a sliding scale of $75-175 per hour.
At the end of the session you will have gained:
Clarity around what you want to accomplish and how you want to feel while achieving it;
healing tools to support that feeling and achievement;
an action plan for sustainability;
and your next steps feeling deliciously tangible.

Please Note: I have limited availability for in-person kid sessions in NYC so if you’d rather me work directly with your child versus gain tools and insight through a consultation via Zoom, let me know and we’ll see if we can work something out.
