RETURN POLICY
For Children’s Books:
If books are damaged from shipping then replacements will be sent. Recipients must submit pictures of damaged books within 2 weeks of receiving them, otherwise books purchased are final sale.
Private Sessions & Online Courses:
Unused Coaching Sessions and Online Course purchases can be returned and refunded in full within a 7 day period.
After 7 days, these purchases are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for equal value until 6 months after purchase.
After 6 months, these purchases expire and cannot be redeemed or exchanged in any form.
Payment plan policy
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
If any payments are missed in the recurring payment plan, you will immediately be removed from the course and be put on probation. Until payment resumes, access to the course will be denied.
TERMS OF SERVICE
For Private Coaching Sessions:
I understand that Educational Kinesiology and Angel Guidance Coaching sessions are designed to assist in harmonious integration of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects within myself and that results vary from person to person. I further understand and agree that no medical diagnosis, prognosis or treatment is expressed or implied in these sessions. I understand that these sessions are not to replace medical advice and/or intervention if that is what is needed.
I hereby consent, authorize and request Kelsey Fox Bennett Boyd to facilitate these sessions as deemed advisable and necessary in accordance with her best expertise. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I agree to fully release and hold harmless Kelsey Fox Bennett Boyd from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
I understand that the Educational Kinesiology work may require touching on the body in the form of muscle re-education, acupressure tapping or other healing activities and techniques. My coaching session may also include essential oil recommendations to support overall health and wellness. I understand this and consent and authorize Kelsey Fox Bennett Boyd to do this work.
I understand that I am responsible for payment prior to or at the time of services rendered. I am also responsible for payment of sessions canceled without 24 hours notice.
In addition, I understand that I am responsible for my own healing. I know that healing or spiritual work requires at-home follow through for best results and am willing to take responsibility for that follow through.
For Online Courses:
I understand that Kelsey’s courses are designed to assist in harmonious integration of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects within myself and that results vary from person to person.
I hereby consent, authorize and request Kelsey Fox Bennett Boyd to facilitate this course as deemed advisable and necessary in accordance with her best expertise. Last but not least, I know that these courses and their content were created by and are owned by Kelsey. I will not share or copy this material for my own financial purposes or in a way that harms Kelsey and her business. The content is private to me, the participant, and I will keep it for my use only.
