What Do You Need To Release To Let Love In
In my experience, in order to really let abundant love into my life, I needed to release old stories, beliefs, expectations and commitments that I made consciously or unconsciously in order to make more space for love.
Our stories create our reality. Here’s how you can help craft your story in a new way:
Step one is becoming aware of the messages that you are saying or acting out in your daily life.
Some potential examples:
I’m not allowed.
It's not safe.
I'm not worthy or enough.
I can’t.
It’s too hard.
I don't deserve it.
Step two, in my work, is creating new messages and then rewiring your brain and body to actually feel aligned with those new messages, so they aren’t just things you say, but instead are your embodied reality.
You begin to replace the messages above with:
I can do anything.
I am worthy of support / abundance / love.
I am safe.
It’s easy.
Both of these steps are not done once and never done again, but instead are an ongoing practice of becoming aware and then making a different choice.
Along the way, I’ve discovered that being able to step into a new reality requires a great deal of letting go. And the biggest piece that has allowed me to let go in particular, is forgiveness.
Forgiveness has helped me release not just my own self-imposed expectations and stories, but also to release my attachment to other people in my life. To separate myself from their expectations and stories - or at the very least to my ideas of what they expect of me or see in me or believe about me or the world, about who I am and if I’m doing it “right” - which I’m totally winging it just like everyone else by the way!! Well, winging it with a lot of love and support, but still, at the end of the day I think we’re all just winging it.
My life is beautiful and I am so very blessed. Yet if you had spoken to me at the beginning of this year I would have told you that there was still a huge block within my heart keeping me from fully stepping into a place of love and abundance.
Thankfully, something that I believe strongly is that the universe or God or the angels offer incredibly timed opportunities for us to face and heal whatever is keeping us from our most amazing life.
My opportunity came in the form of Robert Holden's Coach Camp in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It was during that powerful weekend that I realized that as much as I felt like I had forgiven myself and others there was still more that could be released so that I could step forward without worry or concern, guilt or fear.
Robert’s simple and profound forgiveness practice allowed - and continues to allow - me to release the past and step into a life with more love, with more financial freedom and with more incredible gifts than I could have ever imagined.

How we treat ourselves is how the world treats us.
And as much as forgiveness can release others, forgiveness is a freedom that we give ourselves.
It’s our choice. To hold on for dear life to what no longer serves us, or to open our hearts and let that shit go.
It’s worth it. You’re worth it. And remember that all it takes is willingness.
Forgiveness does not mean you condone harmful behavior. It means you release yourself from the weight of your anger or sadness and remove the blocks to your most amazing life.
Big love,
Kelsey
